"Celebrate! Fifty Years of Channel 11!," is a one-hour special takes a look at the fifty-year history of the station and presents classic moments from some of Channel 11's most memorable and beloved programs from the past.

Since September of 1957, Pittsburghers have turned to Channel 11 for great entertainment, news, and informational programming. The station that began as WIIC-TV Channel 11, and is now WPXI-TV Channel 11, still carries on the same tradition of excellent programming that started fifty years ago.

The special, hosted by Channel 11 News anchors David Johnson, Peggy Finnegan, and Darieth Chisolm and Channel 11 Sports anchor John Fedko, remembers such well-known programs as Jackpot Bingo, Studio Wrestling and Chiller Theater.  Favorites from the past, such as Bill Cardille, Don Riggs, Bruno Sammartino and other on air talent are featured story tellers.
